1. Information We Collect

To deliver automated notifications on notiNam, we collect the minimum necessary data to perform processing services:

• User Profiles: Email address, mobile number, username, brand settings, and billing details when purchasing token packages.
• B2B Contact Databases: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and metadata fields (e.g. erf number, booking times) that you upload to your contact dashboard.
• Outbound Log Archives: Full text of messages dispatched, timestamps, channel routing, and delivery statuses returned from gateway partners.

2. How We Use Data

We process collected data under strict service constraints:

• To build dynamic reminder templates and deliver automated dispatches via carrier gateways.
• To process package billing receipts and track token ledger updates.
• To provide developer logging tools and verify delivery failure logs.

To deliver an SMS or email, certain data must be transmitted to third-party routing channels (Telecom Namibia, MTC, bulk gateway nodes, and mail routers). These operators process phone numbers and message segments solely to coordinate network transmission, subject to local carrier licensing and communications privacy rules.

5. Data Security & Encryption

We host application assets on secure database servers equipped with industry-standard TLS encryption during transport, and AES-256 database protection at rest. Access control requires password security and optional multi-factor authentication (MFA) to isolate data silos.

6. Data Retention & Rights

You maintain full authority over your data. You may delete individual contacts, purge entire contact lists, or close your account at any time through the dashboard. Once deleted, records are immediately scrubbed from active transaction pools, remaining only in encrypted temporary recovery backups for up to 30 days.
